A manufacturing and packaging operation HiCity Industries has been located at 98 Oriel Road, West Heidelberg since that time. A full refurbishment of the premises including the construction of a Clean Room was completed in 2005. In 1987 HiCity expanded its operations to provide employment opportunities and training by establishing a Garden Maintenance/Landscaping service.

This initiative has expanded to encompass a Wholesale Nursery located at 3 Wimpole Crescent,West Heidelberg. This is also the home base for our Garden Maintenance/Landscaping work crews.

In 1989 Oriel Services Limited established a placement service for people with a disability to access open employment. This organisation NorthStar has outlets in Epping, Reservoir,Greensborough and Heidelberg.
